Refund Policy

Services:
All salon services, including cuts, color, treatments, and styling, are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to address concerns and, if appropriate, offer adjustments or corrections at no additional cost.

Retail Products:
Returns of retail products are accepted within 14 days of purchase only if items are unopened, unused, and accompanied by a receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and are subject to our discretion.
